Alkaline Detergent
Cage2Wash® 1 is a high performance concentrated liquid alkaline cleaning agent designed specifically for automation cleaning in the lab animal research field. Cage2Wash 1 is formulated with potassium hydroxide, surfactants and other critically essential cleaning ingredients. The wide array of components provides a stabilized formula that is capable of cleaning a wide range of critical and non-critical contact surfaces.
The formulation is VAI’s most effective broad spectrum cleaning agent that is capable of removing a wide array of proteins, oils, serums, animal fats and most types of organics. Cage2Wash 1 is safe for use on stainless steel, aluminum, copper, galvanized steel, soft metals, glass, polypropylene, polycarbonates and a wide variety of plastics at use dilutions.
Cage2Wash 1 is a low foaming cleaning agent (at all temperatures) and has enhanced cleaning ability to rinse free from systems. The phosphate free agent can be used in both mechanical and soak applications. Use dilutions range from .2% to 2% dependent upon the soil load to be cleaned. Each product is shipped with a complete lot documentation package for traceability.
