DAS-Wipe 100 Sterile is designed to replace silicone on turntables, process lines, and as a general lubricant to assure bottles do not stick during movement towards the critical fill site. DAS-Wipes are also an excellent choice for cleaning metals, including stainless steel, in cleanroom operations due to their excellent cleaning capabilities and low remaining residue that can be removed with an IPA wipe down.
DAS-Wipe 100 Sterile is an individually packaged 12”x12” saturated wipe. The wiper is saturated with DAS Stainless Steel cleaner and lubricant that is filtered at 0.2 microns. The entire wiper package is then terminally sterilized and sterility testing according to current USP conpendium. Delivered with analytical, irradiation and sterility data.
