Cage2Wash 5 is a high performance concentrated liquid citric acid cleaner/descaler cleaning agent designed specifically for automation, soak and prep cleaning requirements in the animal research, cosmetic, medical device, food and beverage, and pharma and biotech industries. Cage2Wash 5 is formulated with citric acid and a unique dual surfactant system with other critically essential cleaning ingredients.
This wide array of components provides a stabilized formula that is capable of cleaning a wide range of critical and non-critical contact surfaces. This product is extremely effective in removing residues that include inorganic salts, water scales, particulate carbon, uric scales, animal fats, oils, and most all types of inorganics. Cage2Wash 5 is an ideal stand alone cleaner for most all tunnel wash applications.
Cage2Wash 5, at use dilution, is safe for use on stainless steel, aluminum, galvanized steel, soft metals, glass, polypropylene, polycarbonates and a wide variety of plastics. This product is an excellent choice for cage and rack washer equipment. Cage2Wash 5 is a low foaming cleaning agent (at all temperatures) and has enhanced cleaning ability to rinse free from all systems. The phosphate free agent can be used in both mechanical, and spray and soak applications. Use dilutions range from .2% to 5% dependent upon the soil load to be cleaned. Each product is shipped with a complete lot documentation package for traceability.
